Look out for each other.

SpokeFam reports help riders share what they noticed on the road. Keep them useful, accurate and respectful.

Report what you observe

Choose the closest category and location. Confirm a report only when you can reasonably tell whether the condition remains. Do not invent hazards, repeatedly post the same report, or use reports to advertise.

Respect other riders

Do not use rider names or ride invitations for harassment, threats, hateful or sexual content, impersonation, or sharing someone else’s private information. Send invitations to people who want to ride with you, and respect declined requests.

Use the safety controls

Report spam, misleading or inappropriate observations through the report’s safety options. Block a rider if you do not want to see their reports or remain connected. For concerns involving names or invitations, contact [email protected]. You can use the same address to ask us to reconsider a moderation decision.

What happens to a report

An abuse report is separate from a vote that a road condition is gone. Abuse reports enter a private review queue. SpokeFam can hide a report after review; submitting an abuse report does not automatically remove it for all riders. Do not use reporting tools to target someone you disagree with.

Keep riding decisions yours

Reports can be incomplete, stale or mistaken. SpokeFam does not guarantee that a road is safe or that an alert will arrive. Follow signs, road conditions and your own judgment. Stop safely before making a report or interacting with the screen.
